Payment Policy

• Accepted payment method: For your security & safety, we accept payments exclusively via PayPal. You must complete paymentusing a valid PayPal account or PayPal guest checkout.
• When payment is taken: Payment is charged at the time you place your order. Your order will only enterproduction after successful payment authorization and confirmation.
• Currency & conversion: Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site. PayPal may convert the charge to your account’s currency; exchange rates and conversion fees are determined by PayPal and your card issuer.
• Taxes & fees: Applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout andincluded in the total charged. Any PayPal fees charged to your account are handled by PayPal and are not our responsibility.
• Failed payments & order cancellation: If PayPal payment cannot be authorized or is later reversed, your order will be cancelled. We will notify you if any payment issues arise.
• Refunds & returns: Refunds for returned or cancelled orders are issued back to the original PayPal payment method. Processing times for refunds depend on PayPal and your financial institution. See our Returns & Refunds section (or contact support) for details on eligibility and process.
• Fraud prevention: We may decline or hold orders that appear suspicious. If your order is flagged, we will contact you for verification or cancel the order if verification cannot be completed.
