Shipping Policy

• Where we ship: We ship to any destination supported by our print partner’s production and delivery network. If they can produce and deliver an order to a given country or region, we can ship there.
• Production & fulfilment: All orders are produced and fulfilled through our partner global print-on-demand network. Production times depend on the specific product and destination; typical production time is 1–5 business days.
• Shipping methods & delivery time: Shipping options and estimated delivery times depend on thedestination and product. During checkout you will see available shipping methods and estimated delivery windows for your order. Delivery time = production time + shipping transit time.
• Shipping costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product dimensions/weight,destination, and chosen shipping method. Any shipping promotions applied at checkout will be shown before payment.
• Tracking: Orders that include a shippable physical product will normally include tracking information. Tracking details are provided by email after the order is handed to the carrier and may also be available in your order confirmation.
• Customs, duties, and taxes: We ship international orders primarily from within the customer’s country whenever possible, utilising local production in 32 countries to ensure faster delivery and reduced costs. However, in some cases, orders may be produced in a different country due to factors like product availability or production capacity – for some international deliveries, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout. These charges arenot included in the product price or shipping fees.
• Address accuracy: Please enter your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout; additional fees for re-shipment may apply if an order is returned.
• Lost or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact customer support with your order number and photos of damage (if applicable). We will work with our production & shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
• Restrictions: Some products or shipping destinations may have restrictions for legal, safety, or logisticalreasons. If an item in your order cannot be shipped, we will notify you and provide available options.
